If we agree on return & refund, I have to receive the item(s) in perfect condition so please pack the item(s) with care to avoid damage in return shipping.
If any item of your order arrives damaged, please send me a message and a photo of the goods & packaging.
Sometimes ( very, very rarely) a shipment can get lost. Some shipments can be badly delayed but will arrive eventually.
I provide refund for lost orders only after a 90 days waiting period. Going through the international postage and customs system takes time and the smallest of errors can cause long delays.
If there is any problem with the recipient´s address the parcel usually returns to me within 2-6 months. Please use your correct address at checkout.
Unfortunately I can not take responsibility for loss if the shipment was sent without tracking. Once an unregistered parcel is out of my hands there´s nothing I can do to locate it.
This is why I recommend to pay the small additional fee for tracking service at the checkout.
